Equation Bugs Fixed

The GNU version of eqn had a couple of bugs. The approximately equal sign didn't work and the lower case Greek letter xi was not rendering.

I downloaded the groff project from the Free Software Project and fixed the bugs myself. And now that I have rooted around in the source code, I'm tempted to add a boatload more symbols. Try to bring eqn up to the standards of TeX -- without the painful need for backslashes.

Fortunately, the executable I built on my machine runs on the Pair server without any need for Docker.
