If you try to create a new post, you will find a bunch of green question marks on a black background. This is the new contextual help system. Click on the button and you get help on whatever it the button is next to.
I have some beautificatin to do. The buttons are a bit too big and not lined up properly. And maybe the partial page popover should have a different background.
Anyway, if ye see any page which could use some contextual help, please note in the comments below.
Likewise, if you find a page which is too wordy, and you think the instructions should be hidden unless asked for, tell me about that as well.
