About “L.E.M.”

See L.E.M.'s Books blog.

Scythrop Glowry is, by the way, the same person with a little sillies added. (Scythrop Glowry's name comes from an 1818 satire by Thomas Love Peacock.)

The books shown in my profile picture are, top to bottom: Tom Jones by Henry Fielding, Anne of the Island by L.M. Montgomery, Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen, Jane Austen's Juvenilia , Villette by Charlotte Bronte, and Tristram Shandy by Laurence Sterne. These are just a few of my favorite books that look good together on camera (though Tristram Shandy isn't quite a favorite. It's more ornamental than entertaining.)
