Hi Everybody,

I thoroughly enjoyed - maybe a little too much - the KA event at Mike's house. Even though he's like family to me and had visited with my son, Ian, out at his house in San Diego, I had not seen this guy in person in decades.

And man was it a treat to see my little brothers Wayne Pooley and Jeff Carroll (and Meg!.) Beyond the personal delight of seeing those two, it was fun for a half-assed guitar player like me to hang out with two *real* Here's a pic below of most of the gang.

Now that I think about it, I guess Billy Confroy and I were the old guys there. Billy looked great after his open-heart surgery by the way. I always had a great affinity for the younger crowd, though, and it was great seeing them all. I somehow missed (or don't remember) seeing much of Ted Ledeboer, but was able to spend time with Steven Kirkbride, Glen Phares, Chip Lovelace, Ben Vance, Woody Alderedge, Bryan Slater, and of course Mike Lampros.
