The Great Anti-American Gaslighting Campaign Continues

Introduction

As I routinely point out, Jordan Peterson has observed that although we are really good at recognizing when the Right goes too far we are really bad at recognizing when the Left goes too far. This is because, although we delegitimized Nazism in 1945 and thought we delegitimized communism in 1989, the Left just kept “progressing” in accordance with the clichéd definition of insanity, which is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

I have called this double standard “our principal problem.” Chris Wallace’s performance last night and the establishment’s reaction to last night’s debate demonstrate just how pervasive and entrenched it is.

The Debate

Washington Examiner: “Wallace pressed Trump forcefully to condemn white supremacists a total of six times Tuesday night but did not once ask former Vice President Joe Biden to condemn violence from antifa or Black Lives Matter. BLM was mentioned only once, when Wallace asked Biden if he supports the group, which Biden acknowledged that he does.

‘You have repeatedly criticized the vice president for not specifically calling out antifa and other left-wing extremist groups,’ Wallace said to Trump. ‘But are you willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia groups and to say that they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities as we saw in Kenosha and as we’ve seen in Portland?’ ‘Sure, I’m willing to do that,’ Trump responded.

Wallace continued to demand he do it ‘specifically’ three more times. ‘Proud Boys, stand back and stand by,’ Trump responded, after Biden suggested he condemn the Proud Boys, a right-wing group, before attempting to shift the discussion back to left-wing groups.”

This was the moment Trump should have been hoping for and prepared for—to speak truth to our leftwing establishment’s Orwellian anti-truth and great gas-lighting campaign. Instead he accepted their lie—THE LIE—that the problem is rightwing extremism—that it is white supremacists—namely the Proud Boys—, egged on by Trump, that are burning down our cities, threatening physical violence if we don’t bend our knee and join them, assaulting us and even murdering us.

Interlude

Biden and the Left announced this was their propaganda strategy a long time ago. It really began with Biden’s acceptance speech on 20 Aug at the Democratic Party’s Convention. Then, on 31 Aug, Biden delivered a speech at a steel mill in Pittsburgh doubling down on it. And the next day, 1 Sep, an ad titled “Be Not Afraid” was also released.

“I want to make it absolutely clear rioting is not protesting, looting is not protesting. It’s lawlessness, plain and simple, and those that do it should be prosecuted.’” But this is followed by a not too subtle sleight of hand. Showing images of white supremacists, Biden places blame for the violence on Trump for not calling “on his own supporters to stop acting as an armed militia.” “If I were president my language would be less divisive,” he continues. “I’d be looking to lower the temperature in this country, not raise it.”

Of course, as I routinely point out, Biden said that Romney (and Republicans by implication) wanted to put African Americans back in chains way back in 2012 before Trump even existed.

“This is not who we are,” Biden adds. “I believe we’ll be guided by the words of Pope John Paul II, words drawn from the scriptures, ‘Be not afraid.’” It’s still running today.

Click Here For Video Yet Trump doesn’t appear to have figured out this is their propaganda strategy. Perhaps he thinks it is so ludicrous that no one will believe it.

Debate Continued

“‘But I’ll tell you what, somebody’s got to do something about antifa and the Left because this is not a right-wing problem, this is a left-wing.’ ‘You know what, antifa is a dangerous, radical group,’ Trump continued.”

TOO LATE.

“‘We’re done, sir. Moving on,’ Wallace interjected, cutting Trump off. ‘All right, gentlemen, we’re now moving on.’”

It is also important to note that Biden claimed that Antifa isn’t even an organization. As I have posted on this page, not only is Antifa an organization, it is an international organization that can trace its roots back to 1920s Germany and is explicitly and proudly communist. In fact, it is so communist that they have always called everything that is not purely communist, fascist. For instance, early Antifa labelled all non-communist, or more precisely non-KPD (Communist Party of Germany), political parties fascist, including the SPD (Socialist Party of Germany). (You can essentially think of the SPD as our Democratic Party before Trump.) That fact obviously emphasizes just how communist Antifa is rather than antifascist. And note that modern American Antifa even uses the original Antifa flag. (Wiki article on Antifa: HERE)

It should go without saying that calling Antifa antifascist is like calling the Nazis anti-communist, and we don’t do that for obvious reasons. Imagine if neo-Nazis used the Nazi Swastika and the establishment media and Fox News called them anti-communists. Except I think they will soon, but only to denounce neo-Nazis as anti-communists.

Obviously this is reality turned inside-out—objective truth twisted and perverted into Orwellian anti-truth. It is the biggest, most nefarious and dangerous lie in the history of this country. It is downright malevolent.

And I’m done with Fox outside of Tucker and the primetime lineup. That Fox is opposed to the extremism of the Proud Boys, but not opposed to the far more extreme and violent Antifa and BLM suggests they are utterly incapable of recognizing when the Left goes too far. What does the Left have to do for Fox and the establishment to denounce them? It is a matter of numbers? How many buildings have to be burned down, people bullied into submission, jobs lost, people killed? The denunciation is supposed to begin with the first building burned, not after the Holocaust or Holodomor. And as far as I know the Proud boys have done none of those things. There is no comparison.

Also note that Biden tried to distance himself from the radical Green New Deal and BLM’s defund the police position and declared that, “I am the Democratic Party” in an attempt to reassure so-called moderates that he is indeed one of them when in fact he is supporting the radical leftwing riots.

Another Potemkin Press Conference

And the great American gas-lighting campaign continued this afternoon in yet another Potemkin press conference in which the establishment media fed Biden questions designed to allow him to portray himself as a moderate that is opposed to what they are calling rightwing white supremacist riots. FULL TRANSCRIPT HERE

NPR reporter: “What did you learn last night about going face-to-face with President Trump? Would you do anything different next time? Also, there’s a lot of talk about given the way things went last night, two more debates aren’t worth having. What do you think about that?”

Reporter: “Is there any scenario where you would not debate the president in these next two debates? And are there any changes you want to see made by the commission before you debate?” “What do you have to say to those undecided persuadable voters who were watching last night and were just completely turned off by politics?”

Reporter: “Thank you, Mr. Vice President, you mentioned the president’s comments about the Proud Boys, ‘Stand back and stand by.’ Today, they’ve made that really a rallying cry, they’re rallying around that slogan, almost that they’ve created now for it. What are your fears about the implications of the president’s rhetoric? And do you have a message for the Proud Boys today?”

Reporter: “Oh, great. Okay. I wanted to…just about last night, you said a few things that put some distance between yourself and the liberal wing of the party on the Green New Deal and Medicare for all. Can you talk a little bit about whether or not you could be going a little bit too far to the center and alienating some people on the left? And related to that, have you spoken with AOC today or recently?”

In other words, tell us how Trump is bad and why you shouldn’t debate him, tell us about how the Proud Boys are behind the riots, and tell us how moderate you are.

LMAO. That was it. No other questions. Nothing to see here.

This is not normal liberal politics of course. We have never seen anything like it before in our history. It is extraordinary, totalitarian politics, with extraordinary totalitarian lies told by a totalitarian media establishment.

Establishment media delenda est!

Oh, and btw, as the Washington Examiner also reported HERE, “After the debate, Biden released an ad linking 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who is accused of killing two protesters during riots in Kenosha, to white supremacist groups. Rittenhouse was charged with murder in the case, though video evidence suggests he may have acted in self-defense. Thus far, there is no evidence that Rittenhouse is linked to any white supremacist groups or far-right militias, however, the investigation is still underway.”

They are trying to establish a one party state. Everyone who isn’t with them is a fascist, just like Antifa has always said.
